WELCOMING MEMBER ft. OPEN HOUSE

Departement of Membership and Human Research (MHR) featuring Department of Public Relation and Advocation (PRA) presented the "early" event. Saturday, 14th of September 2013 MHR carried out Welcoming Member. That is the special event for new members. Welcoming Member 2013 aimed to introduce SEGA to new members closer than before. We shared a lot of things of SEGA, such as history, journey, achievements, activities, an so on. So that new members got the spirit and sense of belonging to SEGA.
Then what did PRA carry out...?

By invited our friends from BEM, HIMA, UNIT in Agriculture Faculty and also friends from English Club in Unsoed, PRA was success doing Open House 2013 at Sunday, September15 st 2013. It's still have the similiarity goal with Welcoming Member, but the difference is the object it self. And not only we who shared information but also the invitation had.

National Newbie Debating Competition (NNDC)

NNDC was held in Yogyakarta State University (UNY) on 10^th until 12^th of May 2013. With the theme "Empowering Youth’s Mind through Debating to Establish Nation’s Independence" that using British Parliamentary. Student English Group of Agriculture sent 1 team that consist of Azizah Nur Islam Al Rasyid and Amrul Hamzah. And we sent Fauzah Farid Al Hamdi  and Kinan as manager of the team.

Solo Open Debate Championship (SODC)

Solo Open Debate Championship is a tournament of a debate that using Asian Parliamentary. This competition was held on January 2013. Student English Group of Agriculture sent 1 team that consist of Fauzan Farid Alhamdi as a Prime Minister, Fildzah Kharisma N.H as a Deputy Prime Minister and Budi Hamzah as a Government Weap. And also SEGA sent an N1 for being adjudicator, Hutami Candra Lingga. Azizah Nur Islam Al Rasyid and Christy N.T.P as a manager of the team. For the result, SEGA Unsoed as a SEMIFINALIST of SODC for the newbie category. And For adjudicator (N1) as a panel adjudicator.

14th Inter Faculty Debate Championship (IFDC)

This 14^th IFDC was held in Soemarjito building on 10^th until 12^th of May 2013 with the theme “Rolling and Action”. Student English Group of Agriculture sent 2 team as a representative of Agriculture Faculty,  that the 1^st team consist of Fatya Rahmanda as a 1^st Speaker, Andre Meidhianto as 2^nd Speaker and Supriyatna as 3^rd Speaker.  For the 2^nd team,  we have , Resti Sundari as 1^st Speaker,  Christy NTP as 2^nd Speaker and   Angen Mardika Widhi P as 3^rd Speaker. For the result, both of team successfully breaking into OCTO FINAL  round.
